	Geraldine – Color and Hair Artist I've been a hairdresser for 25years. I consider myself lucky because I love what I do for living. I have passion for doing hair; it combines my love of fashion with chemistry and creativity. I become a Schwarzkopf color educator and I enjoy staying current with hair-cutting classes also. Most recently I attended a 2 day seminar in Manhattan with the famous Hair Cutting Specialist Sam Brocatto to learn his Razor cutting methods. 5 years ago I joined Valentina at Aquatica Salon and Day Spa in Shrewsbury and we formed a close professional relationship and friendship. When Valentina and Anatoliy decided to open Aquamedica, it was a natural fit for me to follow them. My experience combined with creativity, education will make your Aquamedica experience rewarding.
	Laura - Hair Artist Joining the Aquamedica team has been an honor. I followed Valentina and her son Anatoliy here to Aquamedica, because they are two of the most understanding, generous and dedicated people I know. My true passion is doing hair. I love painting and being an artist, and to incorporate that into my work is inspiring. By using great color and a pair of scissors I am able to create a piece of art and beauty. My future is here, at Aquamedica for many years to come! I am looking forward to meet lots of new people.
	Nicole - Hair Artist I started a career at Aquamedica for the calm and truly professional environment. 	Nicole - Nail Technician I have been a nail technician for 15 years and want to say: “I love it!!!” Aquamedica is a great place to work. I know Valentina from the time when she was a spa manager at Avanti Salon and Spa, I was her client back then, and after she opened her own spa, Aquatica in Shrewsbury, I joined her as a nail technician, and followed her again when she opened Aquamedica. 	Amanda – Massage Therapist I am originally from England and have lived in the States for 7 years. I decided to become a massage therapist when I had a massage in a spa some 4 years ago. I felt so good after the massage that I wanted to be able to do the same for people as that massage therapist had done for me. I also believe in the benefits of massage and how it can help keep you stay balanced and also help with many illnesses today. I am an advocate for massage and enjoy helping people to feel good whether it be from pain relief or just helping them relax.
	Jennifer – Aesthetician I chose to become an aesthetician because I find it very rewarding making people feel good about themselves. The staff at Aquamedica is very friendly and you are always greeted with a warm smile. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and I feel very comfortable here. 	Yukiko – Massage Therapist Massage therapy has always been a passion of mine. It is intriguing to know that there are so many various modalities to massage, and I always seeking to expand my knowledge to better myself as a massage therapist. In contrast to simple house calls, a massage session at a fabulous spa, like Aquamedica, allows the client to experience the full extend of luxury that comes with a massage session. From my initial meeting with Anatoliy and Valentina, I walked away satisfied and enthusiastic to work at such a spa characterized by grandeur and warmth. I believe that no matter how many different techniques you know, if your heart is not into it, you will never be able to deliver a truly satisfactory massage. 	Michelle – Nail Technician My occupation as a licensed cosmetologist is very rewarding. When a client leaves the spa looking good, as well as feeling good, it is a very satisfying feeling that I’ve enjoyed for 23 years. 	Irwin - Make-Up Artist It is said, "the eyes are the window to the soul," so frame your eyes with fresh, flawless perfection. Keep the eyes light all around the lid to open them up. Blend a soft neutral shade from the middle of the crease to the ends...darkening the color at the outer ends of the eye. Pencil in the eyes...staying as close to the lashes as possible...coloring the top and bottom. Darken the ends for the pop to the eyes while slightly working the pencil up for that lift to your whole face. Brows should be arched up and out for the finishing beautiful look everyone will notice. Remember... built your color to your desired effect and for evening, darken the shade for that devastating drama all women love!
	Miranda - Aesthetician I was introduced to the spa industry by a co-worker in 1999 for my own skin problems and I was decided to change careers. I began studying to become an aesthetician. I joined Valentina's team in 2001. I feel that my experiences with my acne rosacea have taught me to understand the dilemmas most people have with their skin and approach it with knowledgeable experience and compassion. I've been there and I know how frustrating it can be. When you leave my treatment room you will feel tranquil and your skin will have a healthy glow.
	Dan - Massage Therapist I chose massage therapy as a mid-life career change. I wanted to find a new occupation that would be more than just a job; it would be a career, a lifestyle, a path. I am personally into health, fitness, and well-being, and it gives me a great feeling of satisfaction when I can help relieve someone’s stress or pain, or help contribute to their recovery from an injury. Aquamedica is a place where I am able to do all of these things surrounded by talented, caring, friendly people who support and encourage each other. My employers, Valentina and Anatoliy, are beautiful people. They are loving, sincere, down to earth, and know 1st hand the nature of what we do, which all come together making this a very positive environment for all of us to do our best work. My personal direction in massage therapy modalities is Hot Stone massage, deep tissue work, and headache management. I am a Reiki practitioner and also certified in neuromuscular therapy. Simply, I love what I do.
	Ramaia - Nail Technician My true passion for doing nails is being able to express my artistic self through nail art. Going to the school of Visual Arts in Savannah Georgia really expanded my talent in painting and other forms of art. Working at Aquamedica allows me to use my knowledge of art in nail designs. I truly love making my clients feel their best, with a touch of unique artistic feel.
