Today, Color Therapy, or Cromatherapy plays an important role in this process as well. We have one of the best Steam rooms in NJ and have brought together all of these wonderful healing elements to make your steam and color therapy shower treatments as beneficial and soothing as they can be. STEAM ROOM
Moist heat, usually around 120oF at 100o humidity, is highly beneficial to releasing the toxins from our bodies through perspiration. Steam opens pores and peripheral capillaries and lubricates the upper respiratory tract. We invite you to immerse yourself in the soft, invigorating warmth of our steam room, where tension melts away. A few drops of scented essence for an aromatherapy mist will leave your body feeling rejuvenated and your mind revitalized. Picture yourself enveloped by moist, swirling steam.

It is advisable to have a cool shower after your steam to lower body temperature and close open pores. We recommend a rest of 5-10 minutes before re-using the steam room.

CHROMATHERAPY SESSION
A gorgeous downpour illuminated by the colors of the rainbow. Chromatherapy of this type is unheard of. The combination with an ample flow of shower sprays makes for an experience you expect and will enjoy time and again.
Designed to illuminate the interior of the shower with your choice of any one of 6 out of the 7 intense, pure colors in the spectrum for extra enveloping relaxation, gentle energizing or soothing healing:

RED for strength and to soothe muscular aches and increase circulation.
ORANGE to raise energy levels and increase immunity for digestive ailments.
YELLOW is highly stimulating and must be used with caution. Treats dermatitis and other skin ailments. Also good for nervous exhaustion.
GREEN is the basic color of healing - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
BLUE is connected with feelings of calm and relaxation. It discourages disease and disharmony and calms the mind and nerves.
VIOLET is deeply healing and cleansing. It is an analgesic and helps with pain, suppresses appetite, can promote inner peace.
